COVID guidelines were strictly adhered to Store very clean and tidy We were quickly welcomed and Daren and his colleague listened to our needs and were more than happy to move mattresses around to enable us to try them on different bed bases Daren was very knowledgable about the items stocked instore

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I was particularly impressed that they could stack my previous purchase from 10+ years ago! I would also like to give a special mention to Gina at Head Office who fielded several calls during the lockdown amending my purchase and several changes of delivery date - unflappably!
