Charlotte was very friendly, gave us lots of advice but didn't pressure us for a decision , she left us on our own to keep trying the 3 mattresses she had recommended and was very efficient when placing the order.

Charlotte helped us to understand the different mattresses, put us on the machine and showed us mattresses enabling us to make our choice

The staff were outstanding with their help, their genuine customer service and their humour.

Charlotte came to assist me as soon as I was ready. She was pleasant and explained about suitable mattresses in my price range and let me try them. I also tried and got the result of the new scientific mattress, which shows I had chosen the right mattress. The whole experience was quick and pleasant.

We were assisted by Daren who took the time to explain the choices available and orient us in the store. However, he also understood and respected that we needed to take our time to think about the different options and try out various mattresses several times. We did not feel pressured to make a decision quickly, which in fact meant we stayed longer in the store and managed to come to a decision that day. The other store staff were also friendly and not too sales-y. It was a very hot day so we appreciated being given a drink!
