the staff well very helpful attentive and explained everything regarding the mattress and type of base i requied.

Charlotte left us to have a look on our own and when we needed her she was there to help and she was really knowledgeable of everything we asked .

The assistant in the shop was very helpful polite and easy to talk to. The overall experience in the shop was also good, using the bed that measures what kind of mattress you need was also very helpful.

Liz was extremely friendly. Felt like I was dealing with an old friend. Gave alot of info on my item, bed cover and assembly. Liz greeted me as I walked in , offered me a coffee. Overall great service. Charlotte was also friendly. Will definitely visit again for my bed.
