Myself and my partner, was highly satisfied with the experience with Dreams. Excellent customer service on the welcome has we both walked through the doors of the store. The gentleman Darren, was very helpful in the understanding of our health needs in choosing the right mattress. Feeling comfortable at ease when trying out all the different mattresses. Supportive, polite, courteous with excellent people skills on the understanding of the particular mattress chosen. We was both happy to purchase a Dreams Mattress with confidence.

The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. We identified what we wanted and completed the order in less than an hour.

Darren was excellent, understood the style we wanted and gave us good advise, also went above & beyond to accommodate a specific delivery date we wanted.
