From the moment i entered the store i was very well looked after the nember of staff who looked after me was very attentive and knowledgeable which showed and carried on all the time i was there

Store very quiet. Friendly staff. Product looks to be good quality.

Nicki was very helpful had good product knowledge let us look round for a couple of minutes anthem came over to help didn't feel rushed and we was offered us a drink

When we entered the store Darren greeted us immediately.

Charlotte was very professional and knowledgeable she understood our needs. She displayed confidence in Dreams products and the after care. Which made up our minds that we didn't need to visit other stores and purchased there and then.

I was having problems with my old mattress, I advised what I required and Darren pointed me in the right direction to ensure I received the correct product for my needs, he was extremely helpful and it was a good experience as no pushy sales let me make my own decision as to how comfortable the product would be to my needs. I have already recommended to my family.

Nicky was extremely polite and helpful, she helped find perfect mattress, new exactly what bed I wanted even though it was a picture I took in another store, she wasn’t rushing me, very informative and made me feel at ease getting my very first bed & mattress
