The customer service advisors Nicky and her colleague both were very helpful and gave very good advise. Their product knowledge was great and they showed me how the sofa bed works by spending enough time explaining the benefits of the product. The store was very clean and the sales staff was not pushy at all. I would rate the store cleanliness very high and staff staff friendliness was excellent.

We are a returning customer having previously used the King's Heath store. We were welcomed by Nicky as we entered the store and she was able to find out what we wanted and very quickly show us the products that would meet our needs. We were offered refreshments whist we waited for Nicky to check if we would be able to receive delivery before Christmas and she was able to give us the date we requested. We had intended to check a further bedding store locally but Nicky was so welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient that we placed our order immediately. We also made an additional purchase of pillows which Nicky showed us were on offer with our purchase. She is very good at her job !! We would definitely use the store again and would recommend it to others.

The lady we spoke to was very helpful and as we had looked at other shops without finding the exact item we were extremely pleased and pleased with the price offer we received would maybe go back sndpurchase chair at a later date
