Store manager at kings heath was gr8 the assistant that served us was Charlotte she was really good and understanding. Very impressed on customer service 10 out of 10 store layout was good clean and fresh. just not happy with all money I spent lol so hoping to win the prize ;-) I have already recommended to my work friends also told them about the sleep technology thing you have in store.

We were given a few minutes on arrival to familiarise ourselves before a member of staff approached which was nice. We needed a bed for our teenage daughter who currently uses a very very old king size that has seen better days but she adamantly did not want to change. Daren our assistant picked up on all our cues about this and managed to totally engage our daughter in the process, letting her use the mattress analysis machine, constantly saying the beds she was trying were the most popular with teenage girls etc. He even helped us in getting her to agree to a double so she had more room in her bedroom. Thank you so much as it has been a battle wit her for some time!

On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, Charlotte. When I described the type of bed I was looking for, Charlotte was able to show me exactly what I wanted, giving great descriptions of each bed. She made us feel very relaxed and even made us tea. Everything she explained to me was very clear and her customer service was exceptional.

The staff were so helpful and nice. Liz in particular. I was there with my two young sons (3&4) and they were well looked after. We were offered a coffee. It was a lovely experience. So pleased we bought a mattress and are looking forward to its arrival

From the time we entered the door to the time we left, we were both very happy with our purchase. the service we received by Darren was very helpful and informative to our needs.. Dreams was recommended by my daughter and her husband. Happy customers Mr and Mrs lawrence.. PS. the 2 lads that delivered the bed was also polite and considerate to taking their shoes off as they could see it was new carpet.. much appreciated

The items I purchased were reasonably priced and the mattress I tried in store seemed comfortable. Sleepmatch also recommended the best type of mattress for me.
