Friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened to our needs and were extremely helpful and understanding.

I had been in the previous day to buy a mattress and had seen a sofa bed. I returned to collect the pillows I had bought and asked about the sofa bed and was shown how the mechanism worked.

The friendliness and professionalism shone out. There was no pressure or rush whilst making our selection and questions were answered to an understandable leve.

The service that we received was excellent. We were greeted by Liz when we entered the store, she made me a cup of coffee and then spent a great deal of time giving information on the various beds that met our needs. We had the opportunity to use a system that analysed our specific mattress needs. Having established the beds and mattresses that best met our needs she took the time to explain our options for additional cover, removal of the old beds and delivery. We weren't rushed or pressured in anyway. Despite the sad departure of a large chunk of money from my bank, it was a pleasant experience with a very friendly sales person.
