Very happy with the friendly and professional service provided by Nicky at the Kings Heath store. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided advice for me to make an informed choice at the store. I did not feel rushed or pressurised to make a purchase. Lady who served me was brilliant, understanding and helpful.. offered me a drink and allowed me to remove my mask as I have breathing difficulties.. As a transgender woman she was completely understanding toward me and had no prejudice or problem with my gender

The lady who served me (sorry I can’t remember her name!) was a new starter and was training but her knowledge of the beds was amazing and she was attentive throughout our visit, even offering us refreshments whilst the order was being put through. The 2 other ladies who were working at the time were also great, and made us feel welcome and valued customers.

The service that we received was exceptional. We have been dreading looking for a new bed during the current pandemic times and have been to other companies where no obvious care had been taken to protect customers so we felt we couldn't even try a bed for comfort. At your store however, we were well looked after and Elizabeth was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy and comfortable with our choice.
