Approached by a lovely lady when entering the store made polite conversation Asked question etc to make sure we chose the right mattress for us Never felt pressurised in anyway to buy. And can’t wait to get our new mattress

Easy to navigate on the website and select the right product. I then phoned my local store to check it was in stock and it was. Hence I was able to go in and collect.

We were looked after straight away as soon as we came in & started looking around Didn't feel like we were pushed into anything we didn't want or need Had a laugh & joke while talking, felt very relaxed in the whole experience

All the staff at kings heath branch were so helpful and friendly (Daren, Nicola, and Elizabeth) took time to explain everything and gave me different options for my needs

I met a lovely team member called Liz. She had outstanding customer service skills through out my experience. Her knowledge was unbelievable. She put me on the sleep machine to make sure the mattress I liked would suit me. The pillows she offered me were lovely and soft and as soon as I walked on the door I was greeted with a beaming smile. I was even offered a cup of tea. The customer service and knowledge I received was above and beyond of what I believe a team member needs to do. Please thank her for me for making my shopping experience an excellent one.
