A very knowledgeable saleswoman dealt with us, so friendly and yet very professional. Enquiring all the time if we were 'ok' and apologising for not being able to offer a hot drink, but offered water if we needed it. Showed us all suitable products and offered sound advice when asked. No pushy sales talk and dealt with efficiently and quickly, but always with a smile and professionalism. Many thanks to that lady at your KingsHeath branch
