Very quick to come and assist us, took us straight to the machine to give us a suggested mattress, saving us lots of time. Very friendly reception by staff and great cup of tea!

In the king's Heath store Elizabeth was a super sales woman and very helpful in helping us to find what we needed. I would would recommend her to anyone .

I'm highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. They took the time to understand our needs for a mattress and to find the best solution for both me and my partner, AND within our budget. The process was quick but did not feel rushed at all. And I'm really happy that we got everything we need, under our budget.

was made welcome as soon as arrived in store, didnt know what was looking but helpful assistant in shop soon made us know what was the best mattress suitable for my elderly mom. they felt more like friends in there than assistants. lovely place to go to get a bed

We were highly satisfied as we were greeted immediately by an employee who was thoughtful and attentive to what we wanted and gave us as much time as we needed to look around and decide. We were also offered beverages which was a nice surprise.
