Daren greeted us straight away at the door which was excellent and then gave us the opportunity to explain what we were after. He then gave us our options and spent time with us going through what type of mattress and bed would be best. Despite having interviews and being busy we were constantly catered for And not at any point made to feel rushed we were given all the information that we needed when a interview person did turn up he then asked his lady colleague to assist who was also extremely helpful.
