I got exactly what I was looking for hence I was fully satisfied with the service provided. The staff were very helpful and wanted the best for us which was great, got offered refreshments which was really nice and and an incredible shopping experience for me and my family. The staff depicted incredible knowledge of the products and the advice provided was just great.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff, especially Nicky @ Kings Heath (Birmingham) store! Nicky was very attentive and patient! I loved the 'Sleepmatch' system and the ease of trying the mattresses! Nicky was very knowledgeable (Thank you Nicky!!) I placed my order and was given a delivery date, within the same week! Excellent option to recycle old mattress, (priceless)! Delivery was an hour before expected time, i was phoned beforehand! Delivery/removal stress free and took less than 5 mins, I double checked price online, before delivery and phoned branch, who said I'd qualify for a refund due to a reduction in price, a refund cheque was received within a few days!! Happy days! Within days my sleep and back pain have improved! An excellent experience from start to finish! Thank you! I will definitely recommend Dreams to many others!! Dreams certainly do live up to their name!! :o)

Assistant was very knowlegable about the beds and explained clearly about the differences between each bed. She was very polite, friendly and professional. Great service, highly recommend.

Lady who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable, and the store felt safe in terms of Covid. We especially liked the bed 'tester' to recommend mattresses to us
