As soon as I stepped through the door I was greeted and acknowledged by a friendly member of staff named Liz I was looking at pillows and she came over and assisted me even asked me some questions and advised what the best pillow for me and how I sleep so I wouldn't end up buying the wrong pillow. Brilliant service would definitely come back to.the kings heath branch again

We visited Bedworld after visiting them on line, We wanted to view the product so we travelled 30 miles to there nearest showroom, We were not impressed with the product or the staff so, we went next door to Dreams where we could make a direct comparison, We have ended up purchasing a much better bed which is a little more expensive but, a mush better service.

The shop was quiet so the assistant was able to give us the time to discuss and try options. No pressure.
