Liz the assistant was really good at understanding what I wanted and finding me the right beds to look at. She took time to explain the differences and to let me try out different beds. When I needed to find a cheaper option she found a really good alternative and I was extremely happy that she did her best to get me a great deal on all the additional services. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
