I am a dsd member of staff and nicola at kingsheath store was realy nice and helpfull as i had been to wednesberry store n they didnt realy want to deal with me as my staff dicount would have affected ther sales rec and i rang breilyhill shop left msgs and no call back again because of staff discount so overall nicola was a star n spent time with me and treated me very nicely

I went to your store in Kings Heath, Birmingham with serious issues and only an hour until closing. My mattress had broken and I was getting serious back pains from it. (This mattress was not from your store). I was immediately greeted by the lovely Liz, wearing PPE and using correct social distancing guidelines. She spent her time with me, answered all my questions, gave me options and even a bottle of water! After deducing a few mattresses that would suit me using your in house methods (with modified safety measures per government guidelines) we went to work at choosing the best mattress for both me and my partner, who wasn’t with me. I ended up choosing a mattress, mattress topper, new duvet and pillow and even was shown an amazing offer in which you get a free mattress protector when you purchase insurance for the mattress (I definitely took her up on this offer) and we agreed to pick up my old mattress for a reasonable fee. Liz went through the entire purchase with me swiftly and I left leaving absolutely ecstatic with my purchase. I can confidently say this was all thanks to Liz! Please give her the praise she deserves for being an asset to your company.
