I was unable to confirm the colour of the headboard I wanted until I went home to look at bedroom furniture. Once confirmed I was told headboard would not arrive until 9/10 weeks after order was placed and if delivered at a time different to the bed I had ordered [that could be delivered much earlier] I would have to pay an additional delivery charge. Obviously I argued this and it was eventually agreed I would not have to pay it [£10 - really???]. So bed will be delivered in 3 weeks with headboard 9/10 weeks after, I feel that is way too long to wait for the bed to completed. I told the sales assistant my budget and was not shown a bed that fitted that budget, especially when things were added on, I felt she should have pointed out the cost of the various extras. Consequently I spent approx £150 more than I had intended. On signing the paperwork, I was told sign here, which I did, and then at the end, certains things on the contract were pointed out. Think the honest thing to do would be to point things out first, or ask client to read and then sign if happy, I don't think the Sales Assistant was trying to trick me, but the way it was handled was clearly Company Policy.

we visited Dreams (Kings heath) on the 3rd June 2018. We were looking around the store for quite a while until we caught the attention of Tracey. Before Tracey acknowledging us we were in the store for about 25 minutes, baring in mind we were the only customers at this moment in time. When Tracey approached us we informed her of the type of bed we was looking for, Tracey was quite unhelpful and rude. For example we wanted to measure the bed as I have a odd sized room, to which Tracey responded "I know my job I am not going to measure the bed, this is a standard double bed" what Tracey didn't understand that the frame we ordered is bigger than the standard 'double bed' due to the shape. When we came to placing the order, though I did not want to at all due to Tracey's lack of customer service and attitude,we enquired about the finance option.Tracey became quite agitated when we was questioning her regarding this and quite abruptly said "are your going to pay the full amount or not" With the delivery option, we asked Tracey if this could be delivered any quick which she responded "I don't work in the warehouse so NO" at this point I wanted to walk out of the store.Very unprofession

I felt a little conned as the refund and 40 sleeps policy was not explained fully and the agreement pushed on me to read as the only reason we purchased the item was due to the return policy and now I have read the terms I signed was nothing like I expected or was not told about. I trusted the sales person and that was my mistake

I was not satisfied with the cancellation policy. Staff were more concerned about me placing an order of the product rather than concentrating on whether the product fits my needs. I felt that I was pressured to buy

Waited a week to receive the order and received incorrect mattress. Paid £39 for delivery, and had to take time off work as they could only deliver on specific days. Delivery was left in my hallway and was not delivered to a specified room. Waited a further week to have the problem solved.

Within the store, I specifically asked whether Nectar points were available. The assistant said that she did not think so but would check. She proceeded to check with her colleagues who said not they were not and neither were these points available on line. When I got home, I checked, only to find that this was not the case. I now find that I have spent a significant sum of money and have lost out on collecting a high number of nectar points when I could have ordered the same product online through Nectar.
