We went to the website in the store to clarify the options but it made it more confusing. The assistant couldn't understand why the pocket sprung category had extra beds in there- said he would report this back. There was only one computer for the staff to use for sales and info, so we had to queue and wait for another couple to finish their purchase before it was our turn.The assistant got us a cup of coffee while we were waiting, but it seemed poor.

I've not had a delivery yet so cannot be highly satisfied until all complete

Nothing special in the service we recieved - mainly i feel because we knew what we were looking for and the amount we wished to spend

Took a long time to set up finance

Took a while to speak to anyone.

sorry I was very satisfied with the staff and store 100 per cent

Would have liked option of where draws were on divan, top two draws will not be used because you will not be able to open them

I was, on the whole, very satisfied with my experience.
