As there was only one sales assistant on duty, I had to wait around 25 minutes to be served - particularly annoying as I knew exactly what I wanted.

The pillows were not really suitable but you would not take the back and refund even though they had been used with pillow protectors and pillow cases. At £80 per pillow this is a poor service. Plus the price for the mattress is actually cheaper at Bensons for beds.

I did'nt think there was a great deal of choice for the memory foam style of mattress, also when testing the comfort of the bed, there were water leak stains on the tiled ceiling

Were highly satisfied with shopping experience. The assistant, Tracy, was very helpful and very pleasant. Don't feel we can give a highly satisfied on the quality of our purchase before we have actually received it.

I was a little disappointed that the price shown did not include delivery so that came as a surprise & also I'm disappointed that I have to wait over a month for delivery.

I saw a mattress on line that I'd like to try but it wasn't available in store. Also, the sales assistant said that the orthopaedic mattress I ordered would not feel like the one I tried in store as it had gone saggy. That made me wonder why bother having mattresses to try in store if they are not the same firmness as the purchased mattress?

I would have liked a bit more insight into the product and some questioning about sleeping habits, I don't know if it's right but I've been told the mattress firmness is dependant on weight, how you sleep and most likely many other factors, I never really know where to start when looking for a mattress and maybe if there was some guidance on this that would be really helpful
