Just felt the order in which the beds were laid out could have been better Soft, then medium then firm etc, Some of the beds were a bit cluttered, not a major point but could have been better.

Bought a bed but on reading reviews after it has recurring issues which I am not happy about

The assistant was a new employee. She was friendly and tried to be helpful, but didn' t have much product knowledge! I went to a local store rather than buy a mattress online to get more information on the choice available and was rather disappointed on quality of information I was given. Although I did buy a mattress from Dreams, I was disappointed the shortest delivery time for a 4' mattress was 2 weeks! Some mattresses took longer than that. I want to support shops on my local High St, but don't understand why a bed specialist store takes so long to deliver when I could buy a similar product online with a much shorter delivery time.

I was satisfied with all aspects of the store and service.I was also given a cup of tea by the salesman, which was unusual to say the least, but very welcome.

The service level and staff attitude were good, as was helpfulness. I'm not quite sure what the essential ingredient is that makes me feel "highly satisfied", but I know it when I feel it. Also - and perhaps more importantly - I am loath to say I'm highly satisfied until my new mattress is delivered and I have experienced the whole process.

Very disappointed to find that premium price otterman would be delivered flat pack for self assembly. I very nearly withdrew from the sale on learning this. It was also not made clear from the outset It was only revealed on questioning.
