Dreams - Southend

The store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful whilst not being over bearing. She was even able to keep our daughter entertained while my partner and I were using the SLEEPMATCH machine. We were shown several different products before we made our choice and the whole process went very smoothly. We will definitely be visiting Dreams when we next need a new bed or mattress.

We went to buy a mattress, we were greeted in store by Graham who was very knowledgeable about the products.he directed us to the mattress that suited our needs. We tried it and bought it. Thank you Graham.

We purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams and were pleased with it and the service. We were very happy to find your staff are still as helpful and friendly. The Dreams colleague that helped us was Kelly and she helped us get the right bed and mattress. We didn’t feel like she was rushing us and was more than happy to go through different pillows for us too.

neil Was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and then invited us to go and have a look around. We then sat with him to place our order. He was very quick at doing this and it was a very smooth process. Thank you Neil!

Very prompt and efficient service. We were able to use a machine to identify the type of mattress we need which was brilliant

we laid on a computerized bed to work out which firmness we needed. and were given the oppsions on all the beds. so ended up buying a a new bed and mattress. the gentlemen was very helpfull with all our needs. and had a nice cuppa coffee.
