Sales assistant very helpful

Was greeted by Kelly who was very friendly and professional. Kelly took the time to address my mother's needs and requirements. My mum decided what was wanted and we went back and put the order in after the weekend. Kelly wasn't there but another young lady helped us. She too was lovely and friendly and efficient.

We came into the store to look at purchasing a new bed. I had an idea of what type of bed I was looking for, but unsure of the type of mattress we would need, and was not looking forward to having to lay on a bed in a shop to test them. Paul was very helpful, he arranged for our sleep patterns to be tested, which only took a few minutes, Paul then explained our results and the different types of mattresses and gave us a recommendation, but also showed us other options. I was very indecisive of the headboard, Paul gave me the space I needed to choose, and allowed us to discuss things on our own. I would highly recommend Dreams Southend to my friends/family, as my overall shopping experience was enjoyable one.

I was highly satisfied because Phoebe, the assistant who looked after us, knew what she was talking about and once we had explained what we needed she knew what the answer was.

I was Highly satisfied with my experience when buying a bed at Southend Airport store. The assessment bed was very good, the knowledge of the assistant Paul regarding different beds and where they were situated in the store was also very good. There was no pressure to purchase and we were given time to try several beds and make our decision. We were offered a drink whilst completing our purchase and given a delivery date there and then.

There were an overwhelming number of mattresses on display but with the help of an assistant we were quickly able to whittle them down to 2. The assistant had a good knowledge of the stock and also lent us a pillow for trying out the different firmness' of each mattress. Ordering was swift and delivery was only 1 week.

Porchia was very attentive and gave us plenty of information regarding the beds, she also gave us plenty of space to decide which product we wanted.
