Dreams - Southend

We were greeted warmly, offered a drink and then shown to the Dreams match machine. Then we were shown to the suggested mattresses and told all about them. A very thorough service from Neil.

Polite and knowlegable Assistant. Helpful and everything explained about the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. I was not rushed or pushed into buying. Very clean and peaceful store. No loud music to distract my concentration when buying. Great lady assistant.

Neil was the sales rep, he was super knowledgable, friendly, informative but not too pushy. Gave us just the right about of info and was there when we needed to ask questions :)

Paul, the colleague at the store, approached me very as soon as I started to wander round the store to look at the beds. He asked if he could help, was very friendly, polite and professional. He listened to what I explained I felt I needed in a bed and after having the electronic bed assessment done, he explained very clearly the pros and cons of the different types of mattress. I did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase at this time by Paul. He gave me his full attention and was happy to re-explain any technical aspects of the bed/mattress again. I was offered a drink which made the time I spent in the store relaxed rather than being a "sell at any cost" environment. Paul also explained the benefits of the different types of pillows.

Highly efficient sales assistant Kelly. The technology of the computer bed in assessing the right bed. Nothing was too much trouble and a welcome cup of tea when trying out beds.

Good choice of products staff were knowledgeable and there was a sale on.
