The lady who helped us look for a mattress was good at explaining the differences in them. We also had three small children with us and she talked to them and made them feel part of the experience, without which we may have not been able to spend the time choosing.

The member of staff Kelly was very helpful and very friendly, helped us make a decision without pushing us.

Bonni and Graham were exceptional members of staff! The whole experience from the moment we enetered the store to leaving was second to none. The staff were full of knowledge and were full of advice. The offering of water, tea or coffee was really thoughtful and no other stores offer that kind service. The Sleep Match was a great addition to the store and we were given plenty of time to test put the different products and wasn't rushed.

The process was made extremely easy given that I had next to no knowledge going in. I felt welcomed and relaxed and felt that the dreams colleague had my best needs and interests in mind.

Good service instore with no pressure to buy. Items was in stock and available for speedy delivery. Delivery process was very smooth with frequent updates and delivery team was very professional and friendly.

We were welcomed warmly by Paul , offered a tea or coffee , had our needs listened to and Paul took time and interest in us which was genuine without all the silly salesmen pitches. Very impressed.

Heather was extremely helpful. We went on the sleep match machine to see which mattresses suited us and we were happy with the choice. We were greeted and later on offered a drink. Heather made us aware of the pillows that we could purchase with the mattress and explained the cool top cover on the Tempur mattress. We also purchased a sofa bed.

Sales assistant was very informative , gave us the advise we needed to make our selection with out being to much in your face
