Went to buy a bed for my 17 year old daughter, as a single mum working for the NHS I do not have a lot of money, just enough to survive. She desperately needed a new bed as hers is broken. We had a look around the shop then Paul came to our assistance, he was a great guy, helped us chose the right bed and mattress, he knew I was in a budget and did not try and persuade me to get anything that I couldn’t afford, my daughter tried out the demo bed to see what mattress she needed which was really helpful. Paul left us alone so we could discuss and chose the bed and mattress we wanted. When I was ready I went and spoke to Paul to sort out the details of it all. Went very smoothly and happy with Paul’s customer service. He was very laid back and was able to have some banter with him.

We had no idea what mattress to pick but Kerry was very helpful and it ended up being a really easy experience.

The lady who helped us look for a mattress was good at explaining the differences in them. We also had three small children with us and she talked to them and made them feel part of the experience, without which we may have not been able to spend the time choosing.
