When we arrived Paul introduced himself, and asked if we needed any help, and if we would like a drink. Not knowing what sort of bed we wanted, Paul asked if we had any back or joint problems. He then asked if we have ever tried the sleep tracker to find the perfrect mattress to suit us both. We arrived at the combination mattresses. Paul was a great help in assisting us and helped us to pick out the mattress base and headboard. I know that I could've bought a full bed and mattress elsewhere cheaper online, but I wouldn't get the same level of customer service that I would at the store, and that is more important to me as an indivudual than the cost.

We visited Dreams to purchase a mattress. We were greeted on arrival to the store. We used the sleep match test to help us identify our mattress requirements. We were able to try out several mattresses of differing firmness and were given very informative details about each one. We weren't rushed and had plenty of time to make our decision. We were offered refreshments and left the store feeling very satisfied with the experience and our purchases.
