We were assisted by Neil and he was very patient with our indecisiveness and also very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and after purchase support. Neil made the experience very simple

When we arrived Paul introduced himself, and asked if we needed any help, and if we would like a drink. Not knowing what sort of bed we wanted, Paul asked if we had any back or joint problems. He then asked if we have ever tried the sleep tracker to find the perfrect mattress to suit us both. We arrived at the combination mattresses. Paul was a great help in assisting us and helped us to pick out the mattress base and headboard. I know that I could've bought a full bed and mattress elsewhere cheaper online, but I wouldn't get the same level of customer service that I would at the store, and that is more important to me as an indivudual than the cost.
