The lady who served us (Kelly) was very friendly and professional, she appeared very invested in ensuring we chose the right mattress and I was very impressed with her level of customer service

Overall had a very good experience in Store with our sales advisor Kelly. Helped us find what I can confirm now is a fantastic new mattress. Talked us through different options and gave us clear and concise advise. Did not few hard sold into anything and we are now sleeping better than ever for a price we have told all our friends and family about.

We were made to feel like our needs were important and nothing was too much trouble to make sure we left with the best mattress to suit us. Kelly was brilliant with our 3 year old girl also, making sure she was happy and entertained

Paul was excellent at the Southend Airport store. Popped in the day before to discuss options. Came back the next day with our daughters and ordered two new beds. Paul’s product knowledge was superb and his advice was invaluable. First class customer service!

We came in wanting a bed, but that was about all we knew, Paul was very friendly and helpful (and patient!!) and pointed us in the direction of a few different mattresses (after we used the machine thing). Can't wait for our delivery next week!

I took my recently widowed mother to but a new mattress and the salesperson was excellent. Exactly the right level of friendliness. She really listened to my mum and I know that my mum got the right mattress for her.

Neil provided great service, it was a relaxed visit, offered drinks and checked in on us regularly for help.
