We had a private appointment to purchase a new bed and mattress for my 84 year old mother. The Covid 19measures were thorough and we felt safe in the store. Kelly was helpful knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with my mother who has trouble hearing and was apprehensive as it was her first time out since lockdown. I cannot thank Kelly enough.

Enjoyed the sleep test mattress, very helpful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, their product knowledge was good and they were quick to direct me to the right mattresses for me. The finance option was great - amount per month etc.

We were greeted warmly on arrival by a very friendly staff member Kelly who explained all safety procedures for covid. We had already done a little research and had a rough idea what we were looking for and Kelly listened and advised we use the computerised bed to measure our bodies. We found this a great idea and then using the data from that we were shown a number of options. We did not feel rushed or pressured into anything by Kelly and we were able to make an informed decision on our own that we are very happy with. Kelly was friendly and knowledgeable and it was down to her that our experience was so good.
