Upon arrival, myself and my partner were greeted by a lovely sale assistant. She provided adequate PPE and explain how the store would be operating under social distancing. We used the sleep calibrator to determine which mattress would be best suitable for us. After this service the sale assistant walked us around the store showing the mattresses that were best suited for us, explaining the benefits of each mattress and how to best preserve the mattress life. When we finally decided which mattress to pick, the sales assistant provided a swift and painless order. Helping us to deliver the mattress on our chosen date to coincide with the purchase of our new home.
