We was greeted at the door advice about the precautions in store for our safety at this time . I am a key worker and have been having a great deal of trouble sleeping . The gentleman that help us listen to us and took into account health conditions and made appropriate suggestions after putting us on the dream bed to see the best results for us and not at any point was there a hard sale and we felt that he was genuinely interested in us having a good night sleep the service was outstanding pleasant gentleman refreshments offer and he gave us the time to make a decision

Support and advice provided was spot on, encouraged to try as many as beds we wanted to, with no rushing of us to decide on which bed to purchase
