Dreams - Southend

I needed a new mattress for my sons bed so we went along to look with not much clue where to start...I had been to the Southend branch before and was aware of the excellent PPE in place on entering the store, so felt confident to go back there with my son. Paul greeted us and I told him I was unsure where to start so he directed us to the special mattress that you lay on whilst it automatically works out which mattresses are a good match to your sleeping needs. After my son had done this stage Paul came back to show us the mattresses suggested and within our budget. Well I was very impressed with this it saves so much time, and my son had a choice of two which made things so much easier. Paul was very knowledgable and professional and I felt confident buying the suggested mattress. Although not received yet I also think the PPE in place for delivery is excellent and would highly recommend Dreams I will definitely shop with Dreams again. Thank you
