Kellie who was the customer service /responsible person who assisted with all our requirements were very efficient . Kellie was patient and stayed beyond her duty hours to make sure we received the service we needed. However you were not able to match Bensons nor was there a discount for NHS staff.

The minute we walked in we were given advice on the best mattress for us. Also they were highly accommodating in giving us colour options as well as alternative beds that we may have liked! The whole process was stress free
