The whole experience was excellent, we had been to a number of other bed shops during the day but Bonni and the others on the team were excellent. She greeted us warmly as we came into the store and explained the process (in including covid measures) so we knew exactly what was going on. She answered all our questions with excellent knowledge and did a fact check with someone who I think was the manager just to make sure one of my questions was answered correctly, I liked this as it showed a level of humility and understanding of the customer's needs. She was non-judgmental when I explained our price limit and gave us some great advice. I have already recommended the store to other family members who I know are looking for a bed and would expect them to go to the store in the near future.
