Neil was incredible in assisting us - we walked in a little overwhelmed by the choice but he showed us the mattress tested experience machine and it really helped narrow down the choices. He was also really great and being around with information for specific mattresses but we also didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions and took our time trying everything out multiple times. And the transaction was really smooth and quick as well
