From the moment we entered the store we were greeted my a friendly staff member, given a pillow and covering to use to try out the beds. Staff were there to help and guide but not pushy which always puts me off. We were asked and given a bottle of water which having worn a mask for a while was very welcome as we had forgotten to bring any water with us. Staff were very knowledgeable and to me got exactly the right balance between being there but not appearing interested vs being constantly pushy etc. I would like to highlight Paul who was extremely patient, gave us all the info we needed, gave his guidance and insight to really help my daughter to choose the most appropriate mattress and bed. We actually went to Dreams first, went to a competitor a few stores down and tehn back to Dreams because of the service.

Kelly was great, very knowledgeable and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us , everything was great , just the lead time on delivery was disappointing

The lady that looked after us was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the store and the levels of sanitising I saw was exceptional. The quote was completed quickly and efficiently.

we were welcomed into the shop and offered assistance strieght away, the store worker recommended the digital bed mapping to help us find out what mattress would be best suited for us and took us to the recommended matresses. store worker was very helpful and polite. I would definitely come again and reccomend this store to others
