Paul was very helpful and knowledgable. I was interested in buying an ottoman bed but knew very little about them. He listened to my needs and explained everything to me. I liked that he didn't try to pressure me into buying as I would have walk out and not purchased from your Company.

we were in a panic speed wise as may wife is disabled and had trouble getting in and out of the bed during the night. So swift help and delivery were paramount.

The service I received was first class, the sales assistant was very polite and helpful all the way through. from entering the shop giving me the service and help I needed from start to finish.

We visited Dreams at Southend after a very disappointing experience with another well-known bed retailer. We were approached by a staff member who listened to and understood our needs. After using the mattress gadget, he was able to take us to a fair few mattresses that matched our suggestions. We were given plenty of time to try them out and not pressured to make a rushed decision. Paul was happy to answer any questions and definitely repeated things he had already explained! He knew we needed a bed ASAP and was quick to check delivery dates and matched these with the actual bed frame so that we could make a well-informed choice. We were offered a drink of water on 2 occasions. The bed cover (for repairs etc) was explained but we were not pressured into buying this for both the mattress and bed. Paul certainly made this an easy and pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to friends and family.
