The staff member was very attentive, honest and fair, giving good recommendations and suggestions allowing us space when needed to discuss our needs but remaining engaged. My partner was not looking forward to shopping for a mattress but he actualky enjoyed his time and felt well looked after

Paul, the salesperson, was very attentive even to the offering of water at the start of our visit. After some discussion about our requirements, he facilitated a test on a specially engineered mattress to determine what would suit our requirements. We were then directed to a number of suitable mattresses of varying prices explaining the positives and possible negatives of bed frames without any sales pressure. When we needed additional information on our potential choices, Paul was at hand to provide his professional opinion. That done he answered our questions on availability and delivery explaining what services were available for disposal of the old bed (albeit at cost which was expected.
