Managed to find the right bed for us

There was an issue with the in-store which meant that my order could not be placed. However, so as not to waste my time, the assistant managed to process my order the following morning when the issue had been resolved.

We had an idea of what we wanted before we arrived and the assistant took us straight to the bed we were interested in and two other options. We even had a nice cup of tea.

I was met by a Paul, a member of staff, as I walked into the store who asked if he could help, and he engaged in a friendly manner. He was knowledgeable and helped me by looking up the details of a previous purchase and showing me the beds which met my needs. I felt safe due to the COVID screens and the shop was clean and tidy. I would recommend Dreams at Southend Airport Retail Park to anyone who asked me about purchasing a new bed.
