Staff friendly , I was served by Kelly at Southend airport branch and she was really helpful . My husband and I felt safe while looking around all staff wore masks . I'm now looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

Kerry was friendly but professional, and polite but still cheerful. Definitely made us feel like we mattered and that she genuinely cared that we got the right mattress. She recommended various options but didn’t push for a sale. Her knowledge was good and overall perfect customer service
