Staff friendly , I was served by Kelly at Southend airport branch and she was really helpful . My husband and I felt safe while looking around all staff wore masks . I'm now looking forward to receiving my new mattress.

From start to finish the service was excellent. I didn’t get the guys name but he had long hair and a beard. He started off with the dreams mattress finder. It was like an experience finding which mattress suited us best. He then went from the machine to real life options. In the end we chose our mattress, headboard and deval. Overall the purchase of our brand new super kind bed was an ease. We thought the pricing would be more at dreams but we managed to find a top of the range bed at affordable pricing. We can’t wait for our first sleep.
