Store had good COVID guidelines, we liked the offer of a bottle of water when we first walked in the door. The sleep machine to determine what type of mattress would be best for you was good and helpful. The assistant was very helpful and showed us all the mattresses that would be best for us and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. Once we had decided the purchase process was easy and fairly quick.

The experience I had at Dreams Southend on Sea was great. This was all down to the Bonni that helped me make the best decision on my bed and mattress. She was very knowledgeable on all the products in store and gave as much time as I need to make up my mind without pushing me. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I will definitely be back in the future.
