The sales lady Kelly was so understanding & helpful as I went into store 3 times before I made my decision & she was very patient. Also each time we were offered bottled water which was very nice.

Kelly was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my mattress and bed specifications requirements. Kelly's friendly colleagues also helped with mattress moving/testing. I found the perfect natural and comfortable mattress, but was undecided on a divan base as never had one before, but need one for the storage capacity. I didn't like the colours of the divan sprung bases, then Kelly showed me the sana k ottoman, which is perfect in colour, storage and slat sprung; very happy with my purchase and can't wait for delivery! Would definitely recommend, thank you.

Store had good COVID guidelines, we liked the offer of a bottle of water when we first walked in the door. The sleep machine to determine what type of mattress would be best for you was good and helpful. The assistant was very helpful and showed us all the mattresses that would be best for us and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. Once we had decided the purchase process was easy and fairly quick.
