Neil 057 the customer service advisor was very helpful on my visit to the Dream's store as I wasn't too sure of what type of mattress that I required, he suggested that that I should try the bed to find out what type of mattress would be suitable for me, he then showed me a mattress for me to try which I found very suitable for me. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit Dreams if they were looking for a bed or mattress, I can recommend Dreams very highly.

Sanitizer at entrance, staff all wearing face masks, Perspex screens in place, greeted on arrival and all of our questions answered, staff informative and knowledgable and helped us by using sleepmatch to narrow our search. Pillows with paper covers for trying mattresses provided. Swatches for different upholstery demonstrated to us. Bottled water available in store when placing order, delivery dates available for our choice, overall a good experience this is our third bed and mattress purchase from dreams and I’m sure won’t be the last.
