Kelly in the Southend Branch was so helpful and not a pushy sales lady. Kelly had great product knowledge and we tried the sleep type machine which is amazing. We tried several brands of mattresses with different prices and we chose a mid ranged price one. So happy with the help Kelly gave us and would recommend visiting the store to our family and friends

It was our first time shopping for a mattress and the lady who served us was friendly, patient and spoke through the whole process with us. After doing the Sleep Match she found over 5 mattresses for us to try and took in consideration what we liked/disliked on each one to help get to the right one.
