We were made to feel very comfortable on arrival. Enjoyed the new "find the right bed for you" experience. No sales pitch pressure but we always felt that we were receiving valuable and sensible information. Our only slight disappointment is the length of time we have to wait for delivery.

Neil, the sales rep knew about all the products even the one we wanted which was not in store. He was tremendously helpful and a great asset to the team.

The assistant was very helpful - there was no hard sell - he never said anything when we said we wanted to pop to a competitor- I see now as he was confident we would be back as he knew his products were superior
