Was placed on the mattress identifier, this identified the correct mattress for our sleeping position. Once completed we were then shown several mattresses that met our needs. Prices were given on our selections. Kelly our colleague was very knowledgeable and helpful. Timescales were given and our order was explained and dealt with quickly.

I did not think I would be comfortable in choosing a bed under the current circumstances and was just going to look again. I was very pleasantly surprised how comfortable I was (mask wearing aside) I was treated with respect, good information, the sleep analysis was excellent and no hard sell
