He listen to our needs provided guidance & explained what everything meant. he greeted us appropriately, arranged a delivery suitable to our needs & supported us with our pillows.... which are excellent if he hadn't showed us these I most likely would not bought as it was not my initial intention

Visited to have a look in the week and spoke to Kelly who gave me information on delivery times, returned on Saturday to purchase and spoke with Kelly again. She was very friendly and helpful also helping us with mattress choices and recommendations for pillows. Made for a great easy visit and pleasant experience with no pushy sales people.

Paul was knowledgeable and helpful but didn’t pressure me to purchase. He gave me multiple options and time to decide on what bed was right for me. I felt completely safe shopping in the store considering current circumstances. Overall store was very clean and a pleasure to shop in.
