Great assistance from Bonni, and we used the mattress selector and tried out all the mattresses, until itvwas whittled down to the last two, and a decision was made.

We were assisted by Paul at store in Southend. He listen to our needs provided guidance & explained what everything meant. he greeted us appropriately, arranged a delivery suitable to our needs & supported us with our pillows.... which are excellent if he hadn't showed us these I most likely would not bought as it was not my initial intention
